Reservations and Booking Policy
TANTARA Thai Massage & Spa enjoys high occupancy throughout the year. All appointments need to be guaranteed with a 50% or full payment deposit at time of booking.
Group Bookings & Cancellations Policy
We welcome group bookings however would ask that 24 hour notice be given allowing us to prepare for your arrival. A group booking of 3 or more guests would require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will regrettably result in the forfeit of the 50% of booking deposit paid or 50% payment of the full price of the treatmenmts will be charged to the hotel room account associated with the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify the spa at least 6 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in the forfeit of the 50% or full payment booking deposit. (this fee can only be waived if we are able to fill your appointment slot with another guest on our waiting list, packages and gift vouchers are non refundable.) Making an appointment at TANTARA Thai Massage & Spa is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
